Does what it promises

Been here 6 months and mostly happy. Weekend access works exactly like they promise, minor gripe that it's a little pricier than it needs to be.

Pros
The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked

Really solid space. The location is a five-minute walk from the metro, though wifi gets patchy during the 2-4pm peak.

Pros
The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day The community events are actually worth showing up to

Exceeded expectations

Switched here after a bad experience elsewhere and it's night and day — the location is a five-minute walk from the metro.

Pros
Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day

Avoid

Really disappointing. Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks, and when I raised it nothing changed. Would not go back.

Cons
The coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month Meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days

Cancelled after issues

Genuinely one of the worse coworking experiences I've had. Cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not, plus the coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month.

Cons
Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks The lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning

Does what it promises

Would recommend — the printer/scanner setup just works, no drama. Just wish could use a couple more phone booths.

Pros
Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth It's spotlessly clean every single day

Really solid space. The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff, though it's a little pricier than it needs to be.

Pros
Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office

Pros
The AC is actually set to a sane temperature Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office
Cons
Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks

Been a member for two years and it keeps getting better. It's spotlessly clean every single day, and natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office.
