It's okay

Average experience overall. Nothing special either way — the lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning.

Pros
The community events are actually worth showing up to It's spotlessly clean every single day
Cons
The coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month

Expected more

Cancelled after two years. The lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning, which was the last straw.

Pros
it's spotlessly clean every single day
Cons
Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks Phone booths are always occupied by the same two people all day

Fine for the price

It's fine. Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth, but the wifi drops mid-call at least once a week. Wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it though.

Pros
The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff The community events are actually worth showing up to
Cons
Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays

Switched here after a bad experience elsewhere and it's night and day — the community events are actually worth showing up to.

Disappointing

Wouldn't renew. The front desk staff seem checked out most days. On the plus side the coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.

Pros
natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office
Cons
The coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks

Does what it promises

Would recommend — it's spotlessly clean every single day. Just wish wifi gets patchy during the 2-4pm peak.

Pros
The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day The location is a five-minute walk from the metro
Cons
parking fills up fast

Avoid

Genuinely one of the worse coworking experiences I've had. It gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating, plus phone booths are always occupied by the same two people all day.

Cons
The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week Billing support takes days to respond to a simple question

Nothing special

It's fine. It's spotlessly clean every single day, but cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not. Wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it though.

Pros
Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked Weekend access works exactly like they promise
Cons
Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks

Genuinely great

Been a member for two years and it keeps getting better. The location is a five-minute walk from the metro, and the wifi never drops, even on video calls all day.

Cons
the meeting room booking app is clunky

Pretty happy overall

Good value for what you get. The community events are actually worth showing up to. Only real complaint is that the meeting room booking app is clunky.

Pros
The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff The AC is actually set to a sane temperature
Cons
the front desk is slow to respond sometimes

Been here 3 months and mostly happy. The community events are actually worth showing up to, minor gripe that wifi gets patchy during the 2-4pm peak.

Not recommended

Really disappointing. Meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days, and when I raised it nothing changed. Would not go back.

Wouldn't renew

Overpriced for what it offers. Cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not, and the AC is either freezing or off, no in-between.

Solid choice

Really solid space. The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day, though it's a little pricier than it needs to be.
