Genuinely great

Switched here after a bad experience elsewhere and it's night and day — the coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff.

Pros
Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked The community events are actually worth showing up to

A pleasant surprise

No notes, honestly. The front desk team remembers your name after week one, and the staff actually seem to care.

Pros
Weekend access works exactly like they promise Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth

Fine for the price

Mixed feelings after 6 months. Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth, but it gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating gets old fast.

Pros
The location is a five-minute walk from the metro The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day
Cons
Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays

Disappointing

Wouldn't renew. Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks. On the plus side meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.

Pros
the community events are actually worth showing up to
Cons
It gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating The coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month

Better than most

Would recommend — the coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff. Just wish wifi gets patchy during the 2-4pm peak.

Pros
The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama The AC is actually set to a sane temperature

Pretty happy overall

Really solid space. The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day, though the meeting room booking app is clunky.

Mixed bag

Average experience overall. Nothing special either way — the lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning.

Average, does the job

Does the job if you need a desk. The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama, though honestly the AC is either freezing or off, no in-between.

Pros
Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth
Cons
The front desk staff seem checked out most days

My daily driver

Been a member for 6 months and it keeps getting better. The AC is actually set to a sane temperature, and weekend access works exactly like they promise.

Pros
The location is a five-minute walk from the metro The front desk team remembers your name after week one
Cons
it's a little pricier than it needs to be

Genuinely great

The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama alone is worth the membership. The community here is genuinely great too.
