Switched here after a bad experience elsewhere and it's night and day — the coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff.
No notes, honestly. The front desk team remembers your name after week one, and the staff actually seem to care.
Mixed feelings after 6 months. Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth, but it gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating gets old fast.
Wouldn't renew. Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks. On the plus side meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.
