Nothing special

Average experience overall. Nothing special either way — it gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating.

The front desk team remembers your name after week one Weekend access works exactly like they promise
Cons
Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays

A pleasant surprise

Been a member for 3 months and it keeps getting better. The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff, and the location is a five-minute walk from the metro.

Pros
The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked

Been here a few weeks and mostly happy. The front desk team remembers your name after week one, minor gripe that could use a couple more phone booths.

Pros
Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff
Cons
the front desk is slow to respond sometimes

Solid choice

Would recommend — the printer/scanner setup just works, no drama. Just wish could use a couple more phone booths.

Pros
The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth
Cons
it's a little pricier than it needs to be

Highly recommend

Switched here after a bad experience elsewhere and it's night and day — the wifi never drops, even on video calls all day.

Pros
The location is a five-minute walk from the metro The community events are actually worth showing up to

Avoid

Cancelled my membership after a year. Phone booths are always occupied by the same two people all day, and parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays. Not worth it.

Cons
Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks Phone booths are always occupied by the same two people all day

Wouldn't renew

Cancelled after 8 months. Cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not, which was the last straw.

Pros
natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office
Cons
The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week Meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days

Exceeded expectations

Been a member for 8 months and it keeps getting better. It's spotlessly clean every single day, and the front desk team remembers your name after week one.

Pros
The location is a five-minute walk from the metro Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth
