Good value for what you get. Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked. Only real complaint is that the meeting room booking app is clunky.

Pros
The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama Weekend access works exactly like they promise
Cons
parking fills up fast

Exceeded expectations

Been a member for 6 months and it keeps getting better. The location is a five-minute walk from the metro, and natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office.

Really solid space. The AC is actually set to a sane temperature, though it's a little pricier than it needs to be.

Mixed bag

It's fine. Weekend access works exactly like they promise, but cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not. Wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it though.

Pros
The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office
Cons
Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays

It's okay

Mixed feelings after 6 months. Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth, but the coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month gets old fast.

Pros
Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office
Cons
The lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning

Fine for the price

Average experience overall. Nothing special either way — the AC is either freezing or off, no in-between.

Pros
Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked
Cons
Billing support takes days to respond to a simple question

Really disappointing. The lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning, and when I raised it nothing changed. Would not go back.

The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week The lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning

Expected more

Wouldn't renew. Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays. On the plus side the coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.

Pros
the AC is actually set to a sane temperature
Cons
The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week Meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days

Pretty happy overall

Good value for what you get. Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked. Only real complaint is that could use a couple more phone booths.

Cons
wifi gets patchy during the 2-4pm peak

Highly recommend

No notes, honestly. The community events are actually worth showing up to, and the staff actually seem to care.

Been here 8 months and mostly happy. Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office, minor gripe that the front desk is slow to respond sometimes.

The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day The community events are actually worth showing up to
