Uncommon Chelsea
Newer to the Chelsea scene but already a favourite for small startups scaling past the living room.

Wouldn't renew. Cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not. On the plus side meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.
No notes, honestly. The AC is actually set to a sane temperature, and the staff actually seem to care.
Really solid space. Weekend access works exactly like they promise, though wifi gets patchy during the 2-4pm peak.
Been here a few weeks and mostly happy. The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama, minor gripe that it's a little pricier than it needs to be.
Overpriced for what it offers. The coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month, and parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays.
Does the job if you need a desk. The AC is actually set to a sane temperature, though honestly meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days.
Genuinely one of the worse coworking experiences I've had. Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays, plus the coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month.
Been here a year and mostly happy. The AC is actually set to a sane temperature, minor gripe that it's a little pricier than it needs to be.
Went in with high hopes given the reviews, but cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not.
The AC is actually set to a sane temperature alone is worth the membership. The community here is genuinely great too.
Been a member for 6 months and it keeps getting better. The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff, and natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office.
