It's fine. The community events are actually worth showing up to, but the AC is either freezing or off, no in-between. Wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it though.

Cancelled my membership after 3 months. The AC is either freezing or off, no in-between, and the lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning. Not worth it.
