Not quite worth it

Overpriced for what it offers. Billing support takes days to respond to a simple question, and meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days.

Pros
weekend access works exactly like they promise
Cons
Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week

Exceeded expectations

Switched here after a bad experience elsewhere and it's night and day — it's spotlessly clean every single day.

Pros
Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth The location is a five-minute walk from the metro

Nothing special

Does the job if you need a desk. The AC is actually set to a sane temperature, though honestly cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not.

Pros
The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth
Cons
The AC is either freezing or off, no in-between

Frustrating experience

Cancelled my membership after 8 months. The coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month, and the AC is either freezing or off, no in-between. Not worth it.

Cons
The lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week

Highly recommend

Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office alone is worth the membership. The community here is genuinely great too.

Pros
The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day The community events are actually worth showing up to
Cons
could use a couple more phone booths

Good, not perfect

Really solid space. The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff, though it's a little pricier than it needs to be.

Pros
The AC is actually set to a sane temperature Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked

Cancelled after issues

Genuinely one of the worse coworking experiences I've had. The lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning, plus meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days.

Cons
Meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays

Does what it promises

Really solid space. It's spotlessly clean every single day, though wifi gets patchy during the 2-4pm peak.

Pros
The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama It's spotlessly clean every single day

Better than most

Would recommend — the community events are actually worth showing up to. Just wish wifi gets patchy during the 2-4pm peak.

Pros
The location is a five-minute walk from the metro Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office

Better than most

Been here 6 months and mostly happy. The AC is actually set to a sane temperature, minor gripe that the front desk is slow to respond sometimes.

Expected more

Wouldn't renew. The lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning. On the plus side phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.

Pros
it's spotlessly clean every single day
Cons
The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks

Mixed bag

Mixed feelings after 6 months. The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama, but the wifi drops mid-call at least once a week gets old fast.

Pros
The front desk team remembers your name after week one The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama
Cons
Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays
