Best in the area

Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked alone is worth the membership. The community here is genuinely great too.

Pros
Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth

Overpriced

Cancelled after two years. Phone booths are always occupied by the same two people all day, which was the last straw.

Pros
natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office
Cons
Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks It gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating

Better than most

Really solid space. It's spotlessly clean every single day, though wifi gets patchy during the 2-4pm peak.

Pros
The location is a five-minute walk from the metro The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama

Not quite worth it

Overpriced for what it offers. It gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating, and noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks.

Pros
the coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff
Cons
Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays The lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning

Fine for the price

Mixed feelings after 6 months. The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff, but the lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning gets old fast.

Pros
Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama
Cons
The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week

Expected more

Cancelled after two years. The front desk staff seem checked out most days, which was the last straw.

Pros
weekend access works exactly like they promise
Cons
The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week Meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days

Genuinely great

Switched here after a bad experience elsewhere and it's night and day — the AC is actually set to a sane temperature.

Pros
The location is a five-minute walk from the metro Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office
Cons
parking fills up fast

Good, not perfect

Really solid space. The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day, though it's a little pricier than it needs to be.

The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked

Fine for the price

Does the job if you need a desk. Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office, though honestly the coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month.

Been here two years and mostly happy. The community events are actually worth showing up to, minor gripe that parking fills up fast.

Cons
the front desk is slow to respond sometimes

It's fine. The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day, but noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks. Wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it though.
