Expected more

Wouldn't renew. The front desk staff seem checked out most days. On the plus side the wifi never drops, even on video calls all day, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.

Pros
the printer/scanner setup just works, no drama
Cons
The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks

Better than most

Good value for what you get. The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama. Only real complaint is that parking fills up fast.

Pros
Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth
Cons
the front desk is slow to respond sometimes

Fine for the price

Does the job if you need a desk. Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked, though honestly parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays.

Pros
The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff The AC is actually set to a sane temperature
Cons
Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays

Good value for what you get. The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama. Only real complaint is that wifi gets patchy during the 2-4pm peak.

Pros
The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day Weekend access works exactly like they promise

Exceeded expectations

The AC is actually set to a sane temperature alone is worth the membership. The community here is genuinely great too.

Mixed bag

Average experience overall. Nothing special either way — the coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month.

Pros
The front desk team remembers your name after week one Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth
Cons
Billing support takes days to respond to a simple question

Not quite worth it

Overpriced for what it offers. Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks, and the lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning.

Pros
the location is a five-minute walk from the metro
Cons
