Pretty happy overall

Would recommend — the AC is actually set to a sane temperature. Just wish parking fills up fast.

Pros
Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked It's spotlessly clean every single day
Cons
could use a couple more phone booths

Better than most

Would recommend — the front desk team remembers your name after week one. Just wish could use a couple more phone booths.

Pros
The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked
Cons
the front desk is slow to respond sometimes

Would not go back

Avoid if you need meeting rooms. The AC is either freezing or off, no in-between.

Cons
The coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month Cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not

Pretty happy overall

Good value for what you get. The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day. Only real complaint is that it's a little pricier than it needs to be.

Pros
Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day

Cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not It gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating

Best in the area

Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office alone is worth the membership. The community here is genuinely great too.

Pros
The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day The community events are actually worth showing up to
Cons
could use a couple more phone booths

Overpriced

Wouldn't renew. The front desk staff seem checked out most days. On the plus side the front desk team remembers your name after week one, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.

Pros
natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office
Cons
Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks The AC is either freezing or off, no in-between

Better than most

Good value for what you get. It's spotlessly clean every single day. Only real complaint is that the meeting room booking app is clunky.

Pros
Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day

Overpriced

Wouldn't renew. Billing support takes days to respond to a simple question. On the plus side weekend access works exactly like they promise, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.

Pros
the location is a five-minute walk from the metro
Cons
The front desk staff seem checked out most days Meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days

Highly recommend

No notes, honestly. The front desk team remembers your name after week one, and the staff actually seem to care.

Pros
The location is a five-minute walk from the metro Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office
Cons
wifi gets patchy during the 2-4pm peak
