Not quite worth it

Went in with high hopes given the reviews, but noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks.

Pros
the printer/scanner setup just works, no drama
Cons
Meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days Cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not

Disappointing

Went in with high hopes given the reviews, but the wifi drops mid-call at least once a week.

Pros
it's spotlessly clean every single day
Cons
Meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days The front desk staff seem checked out most days

My daily driver

No notes, honestly. Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked, and the staff actually seem to care.

Pros
The front desk team remembers your name after week one The AC is actually set to a sane temperature

Better than most

Been here a year and mostly happy. The location is a five-minute walk from the metro, minor gripe that the meeting room booking app is clunky.

Pros
The community events are actually worth showing up to The location is a five-minute walk from the metro
Cons
parking fills up fast

A pleasant surprise

Switched here after a bad experience elsewhere and it's night and day — the coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff.

Pros
The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day

Better than most

Really solid space. Weekend access works exactly like they promise, though it's a little pricier than it needs to be.

Pros
The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office

Solid choice

Would recommend — the wifi never drops, even on video calls all day. Just wish it's a little pricier than it needs to be.

Average, does the job

Average experience overall. Nothing special either way — the coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month.

Pros
Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth It's spotlessly clean every single day
Cons
The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week

Cons
