A pleasant surprise

No notes, honestly. The AC is actually set to a sane temperature, and the staff actually seem to care.

Pros
The front desk team remembers your name after week one Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office

Mixed bag

Mixed feelings after 8 months. The front desk team remembers your name after week one, but phone booths are always occupied by the same two people all day gets old fast.

Pros
Weekend access works exactly like they promise The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff
Cons
The AC is either freezing or off, no in-between

Nothing special

It's fine. The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama, but phone booths are always occupied by the same two people all day. Wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it though.

Pros
Weekend access works exactly like they promise The community events are actually worth showing up to
Cons
The AC is either freezing or off, no in-between

Pretty happy overall

Good value for what you get. The front desk team remembers your name after week one. Only real complaint is that the meeting room booking app is clunky.

Pros
It's spotlessly clean every single day Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked

Does what it promises

Really solid space. The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day, though the front desk is slow to respond sometimes.

Pros
The community events are actually worth showing up to The front desk team remembers your name after week one

Better than most

Would recommend — the front desk team remembers your name after week one. Just wish it's a little pricier than it needs to be.

Solid choice

Good value for what you get. Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office. Only real complaint is that could use a couple more phone booths.

Pros
The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff The community events are actually worth showing up to

Best in the area

The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff alone is worth the membership. The community here is genuinely great too.

Nothing special

Does the job if you need a desk. The location is a five-minute walk from the metro, though honestly the AC is either freezing or off, no in-between.

Pros
Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff
Cons
The front desk staff seem checked out most days

Not quite worth it

Wouldn't renew. Billing support takes days to respond to a simple question. On the plus side the printer/scanner setup just works, no drama, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.

Pros
phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth
Cons
The lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks

Would not go back

Avoid if you need quiet focus time. It gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating.

Cons
Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks
