Wouldn't renew. Billing support takes days to respond to a simple question. On the plus side the location is a five-minute walk from the metro, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.

It's fine. Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth, but the AC is either freezing or off, no in-between. Wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it though.
