Wouldn't renew

Cancelled after 8 months. The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week, which was the last straw.

Pros
the front desk team remembers your name after week one
Cons
The coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks

Highly recommend

Been a member for 8 months and it keeps getting better. It's spotlessly clean every single day, and meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked.

Pros
Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office
Cons
the meeting room booking app is clunky

It's okay

Does the job if you need a desk. The location is a five-minute walk from the metro, though honestly it gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating.

Pros
The location is a five-minute walk from the metro The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff
Cons

A pleasant surprise

Been a member for a few weeks and it keeps getting better. The AC is actually set to a sane temperature, and the coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff.

Pros
The AC is actually set to a sane temperature Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth

Would recommend

Been here 8 months and mostly happy. Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked, minor gripe that the meeting room booking app is clunky.

Pros
Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama

Mixed bag

It's fine. Weekend access works exactly like they promise, but it gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating. Wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it though.

Pros
The community events are actually worth showing up to The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day
Cons
Cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not

Worth every rupee

Switched here after a bad experience elsewhere and it's night and day — it's spotlessly clean every single day.

Pretty happy overall

Good value for what you get. Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office. Only real complaint is that wifi gets patchy during the 2-4pm peak.

The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day The community events are actually worth showing up to

Wouldn't renew

Went in with high hopes given the reviews, but the lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning.

Pros
the community events are actually worth showing up to
Cons
The front desk staff seem checked out most days The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week

Would not go back

Cancelled my membership after 8 months. The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week, and meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days. Not worth it.

Cons
Meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days The AC is either freezing or off, no in-between
