Switched here after a bad experience elsewhere and it's night and day — the coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff.
Wouldn't renew. Cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not. On the plus side natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.
Been a member for two years and it keeps getting better. The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama, and the location is a five-minute walk from the metro.
Average experience overall. Nothing special either way — meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days.
