Switched here after a bad experience elsewhere and it's night and day — the AC is actually set to a sane temperature.

Switched here after a bad experience elsewhere and it's night and day — the coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff.
Been a member for 6 months and it keeps getting better. The front desk team remembers your name after week one, and the AC is actually set to a sane temperature.
Cancelled after two years. Billing support takes days to respond to a simple question, which was the last straw.
Cancelled my membership after 3 months. The lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning, and meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days. Not worth it.
Would recommend — the coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff. Just wish it's a little pricier than it needs to be.
Really solid space. The location is a five-minute walk from the metro, though could use a couple more phone booths.
Been here 6 months and mostly happy. Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office, minor gripe that the front desk is slow to respond sometimes.
Been here a year and mostly happy. Weekend access works exactly like they promise, minor gripe that the front desk is slow to respond sometimes.
Cancelled after two years. Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks, which was the last straw.
