Fora Business Bay
Newer to the Business Bay scene but already a favourite for small startups scaling past the living room.

Honestly one of the best coworking spaces I've used — the community events are actually worth showing up to. Would recommend without hesitation.
Been here a few weeks and mostly happy. The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff, minor gripe that the front desk is slow to respond sometimes.
Switched here after a bad experience elsewhere and it's night and day — the community events are actually worth showing up to.
Good value for what you get. The location is a five-minute walk from the metro. Only real complaint is that parking fills up fast.
Really disappointing. Billing support takes days to respond to a simple question, and when I raised it nothing changed. Would not go back.
Avoid if you need quiet focus time. Cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not.
Mixed feelings after 3 months. It's spotlessly clean every single day, but the lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning gets old fast.
Really solid space. The location is a five-minute walk from the metro, though could use a couple more phone booths.
Been a member for 3 months and it keeps getting better. Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office, and weekend access works exactly like they promise.
Overpriced for what it offers. The coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month, and the front desk staff seem checked out most days.
The front desk team remembers your name after week one alone is worth the membership. The community here is genuinely great too.
Really solid space. Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth, though parking fills up fast.
