It's okay

It's fine. Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked, but the wifi drops mid-call at least once a week. Wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it though.

Pros
Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth
Cons
The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week

Highly recommend

No notes, honestly. The location is a five-minute walk from the metro, and the staff actually seem to care.

Pros
The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama
Cons
could use a couple more phone booths

Pros
The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff The location is a five-minute walk from the metro
Cons
Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks

It's okay

Mixed feelings after a year. The front desk team remembers your name after week one, but the coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month gets old fast.

Pros
Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office
Cons
Noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks

Would recommend

Been here two years and mostly happy. It's spotlessly clean every single day, minor gripe that wifi gets patchy during the 2-4pm peak.

Pros
Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked The AC is actually set to a sane temperature
Cons
parking fills up fast

Good value for what you get. Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office. Only real complaint is that it's a little pricier than it needs to be.

Expected more

Went in with high hopes given the reviews, but the lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning.

The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week Meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days

My daily driver

The front desk team remembers your name after week one alone is worth the membership. The community here is genuinely great too.

Nothing special

Average experience overall. Nothing special either way — noise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks.

Pros
The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day The location is a five-minute walk from the metro
Cons
The AC is either freezing or off, no in-between
