Exceeded expectations

No notes, honestly. It's spotlessly clean every single day, and the staff actually seem to care.

Pros
Meeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked Natural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office
Cons
it's a little pricier than it needs to be

No notes, honestly. The coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff, and the staff actually seem to care.

Pros
The location is a five-minute walk from the metro The wifi never drops, even on video calls all day

Been here a year and mostly happy. The front desk team remembers your name after week one, minor gripe that the front desk is slow to respond sometimes.

Pros
Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth It's spotlessly clean every single day

Pretty happy overall

Good value for what you get. The AC is actually set to a sane temperature. Only real complaint is that it's a little pricier than it needs to be.

Pros
Weekend access works exactly like they promise The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama

Overpriced

Overpriced for what it offers. It gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating, and cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not.

Pros
it's spotlessly clean every single day
Cons
The front desk staff seem checked out most days Billing support takes days to respond to a simple question

Cancelled after issues

Cancelled my membership after two years. Phone booths are always occupied by the same two people all day, and parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays. Not worth it.

Disappointing

Wouldn't renew. Meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days. On the plus side phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.

Pros
the community events are actually worth showing up to
Cons
It gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating The lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning
