Not recommended
Cancelled my membership after a year. Meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days, and cleaning is inconsistent — some days great, some days not. Not worth it.
ConsIt gets overcrowded past 11am with no overflow seating
Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays

Overpriced
Wouldn't renew. Phone booths are always occupied by the same two people all day. On the plus side the coffee is actually good, not the usual instant stuff, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.
Prosnatural light everywhere, doesn't feel like a basement office
ConsThe lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning
Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays

Disappointing
Wouldn't renew. Parking is basically nonexistent on weekdays. On the plus side the printer/scanner setup just works, no drama, but that wasn't enough to offset the rest.
Prosthe wifi never drops, even on video calls all day
ConsThe lift queue alone costs you ten minutes each morning
The coffee machine has been 'temporarily out of order' for a month

Genuinely great
Honestly one of the best coworking spaces I've used — it's spotlessly clean every single day. Would recommend without hesitation.
ProsThe wifi never drops, even on video calls all day
The printer/scanner setup just works, no drama
Mixed bag
Mixed feelings after 6 months. It's spotlessly clean every single day, but meeting rooms are booked out by 10am most days gets old fast.

Wouldn't renew
Overpriced for what it offers. The wifi drops mid-call at least once a week, and the AC is either freezing or off, no in-between.
Prosmeeting rooms are easy to book and rarely double-booked
ConsNoise bleeds in from the cafe area straight into the hot desks
The front desk staff seem checked out most days

Better than most
Good value for what you get. The location is a five-minute walk from the metro. Only real complaint is that the meeting room booking app is clunky.
ProsPhone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth
The front desk team remembers your name after week one

Good, not perfect
Been here a year and mostly happy. Phone booths are soundproofed properly, not just a token booth, minor gripe that it's a little pricier than it needs to be.
